I bring about 13 years of total experience in Financial Service Industry in organizations like American Express, HDFC Bank, Esanda Finanz and Apple finance, where I have handled various products like Personal Loans, credit cards and auto loans. I worked in various capacities, handing responsibilities like that of building teams from scratch and leading and being part best performing teams. I also have a small enriching experience of entrepreneurship.

I joined Bajaj Finance as Zonal Sales Manager – South PSBL on July 4th, 2008. It has been one of the most exciting times I have had during last few months in BAFL.

“Speed” is best part which I like about Bajaj, things happen really fast, the product was launched in flat 60 days after it was decided to venture in unsecured lending business.

The teams have been built in really fast. The infrastructure for the new teams has come up just in the blink of the eyes.

We are BIG team as a group and our Leadership gives us enough space to be creative and innovative.

I take pride of having an important role in the vertical which is responsible to create a Legacy and show the competition an innovative and unique aspect of Unsecured Business.

My motto in life has been to “Learn, Enhance, Achieve and Progress" and this would eventually lead one to “Innovate, Translate and Elevate!”

My aspiration was to work for a company that would give me the opportunity to grow both as a professional and as an individual... And in Bajaj Finance, I got both. There is a culture that creates the environment for you to realize your goals, all with abundant team work, risk-taking, motivation, responsibility, and hard work.

My Career so far has been certainly very interesting and engaging, as it has given me opportunity and freedom to perform, that one can expect and get in this organization.
