The foundation of acquiring leadership in business is to have a highly skilled, efficient and motivated workforce. At Bajaj Finance, we believe that Learning and Development is one of the most important enablers, towards developing and retaining highly skilled, collaborative and agile employees, capable of creative thinking and exceptional performance.

I bring about 13 years of total experience in Financial Service Industry in organizations like American Express, HDFC Bank, Esanda Finanz and Apple finance, where I have handled various products like Personal Loans, credit cards and auto loans. I worked in various capacities, handing responsibilities like that of building teams from scratch and leading and being part best performing teams. I also have a small enriching experience of entrepreneurship.
My motto in life has been to “Learn, Enhance, Achieve and Progress" and this would eventually lead one to “Innovate, Translate and Elevate!”
